Yes. If you need to change any of your personal contact details, just log in to Online Banking, go to Accounts services from the top blue menu and then select 'Change contact details' from the 'Customise my site' menu. You can also update your contact information from the ‘My Details' tile on your Accounts homepage.
Can I update my personal contact details online?
You can change any of the following contact details that we hold for you:
- Your email address
- Your phone number(s)
- Your address
You'll need to have your PINsentry card reader or Mobile PINsentry to update your phone number or home address. You'll also need to have a Barclays current account or savings account to update your address online.
You can also tell us how you'd like us to keep you informed about our products and services – by online banking, telephone, email, text or post.
If you're unable to change your address online, you can:
- Download the change of address form*, complete it in full and send it to the address on the form
- Call us if you're registered for Telephone Banking on 08457 555555** – remember to have your passcode with you
- Drop in to one of our branches – you'll need to bring a valid Barclays debit card (make sure you know your PIN), full passport, EU photocard driving licence or EU national ID card to confirm your identity
If you have a joint account, you can update the account address and your customer address online. The other account holder(s) will need to contact us separately to update their customer address(es).
Please don't email us any requests to change your contact details – they're not secure so we can't act on them.
