Why can’t I log in to a saved Agreement in Principle with my Online Banking details?
If you started your Agreement in Principle (AiP) without logging into Online Banking, then you’ll need to use the Barclays Digital ID you created to save your AiP.
You can use your Barclays Digital ID to log in to your saved applications page, or create a new password.
If you successfully apply for a mortgage with us, then you’ll be able to manage it through Online banking, and you’ll no longer need your Digital ID.
