When do I need to repay my mortgage reserve?
You’ll need to repay the reserve by the end of your mortgage term, as it’s borrowing that’s taken out against your property.
You can’t apply for or increase a mortgage reserve anymore, but you can use an existing one until you repay your mortgage. Find out more about mortgage reserves.
