What should I do if I don't recognise a Transport for London (TfL) transaction on my statements?
If you've got an online TfL account, you can check your journey details and the payments you've made. If you've checked the account and still don't recognise a transaction, call us on 0345 734 5345 or TfL on 0343 222 1234. Call charges apply.
