If you already have Online Statements, you can view these in Online Banking from the date you registered by selecting the account you’d like to see the statements for and using the link ‘View statements’ below the balance details.
If you’re not signed up for Online Statements, you can easily set this up. Log in to Online Banking and select ‘My preferences’ from the drop-down menu under your name on the Online Banking homepage. Then click on ‘Statement preferences’. You’ll be shown a list of your accounts that are available for Online Statements – simply choose ‘Online’ for the accounts you want to view Online Statements for.
Alternatively, you can view your statements dated from July 2013 online through Barclays Cloud It on your Online Banking homepage because we automatically upload them. Select the drop-down menu under your name and select ‘My Barclays documents’ under the ‘My documents and messages’ section.
If you have the Barclays Mobile Banking app, you can view your Online Statements through Barclays Cloud It, which you can find in the app on the home screen or in the side menu under ‘Tools’.
