If you’re registered for Online Banking, you can view and download your statements whenever you want, free of charge. Alternatively, you can call Telephone Banking (if you’re registered) or visit a branch. You can also get a mini-statement at any of our cash machines.
If you’re registered for Online Banking, your statements will automatically be stored in your Cloud It secure storage area. You can also access this through the Barclays Mobile Banking app. If you're not set up for Online Statements but would like to be, find out how to register.
If you’re registered for Telephone Banking you can call to get a copy of your current or previous statements.

You can ask in any branch to order a statement or change the frequency of your statements. There is a charge for getting a copy of a previous statement.
