If I choose online-only statements, could I still receive any paper statements?
If you switched to online-only statements after 7:45pm on the day your statement is usually issued, you may still receive a paper version for that month. But all following statements will be only available online.
For example, if your statement due date is the 26 of each month and you switch on 26 November before 7:45pm, you won’t receive a paper statement. But if you switch at 8:30pm, your November statement will still be sent out on paper.
